A United Methodist Church in Pennsylvania sent two individuals to Paraguay, South America. According to application materials, "It is a step of faith for our two members to go and expand the current vision of the church to spread the gospel to all the world." The team joined others in Paraguay to buy materials for and construct a home for a member of the local church. Medical supplies and eyeglasses were provided by donations from the church. Two portable sewing machines were also donated by the team's home church as well as funds to provide the purchase of sewing kits for sewing classes that were taught by the team members. According to the Pennsylvania congregation's follow-up report to Mission Match, this project "made our congregation aware of the needs of others and showed us that we can make a difference."
